The BEST part of this building is Janelle and I was absolutely thrilled she was still here. Best building manager EVER. She really cares, makes the building and every unit feel like home with her hard work and special touch, is super on top of everything, brings positive energy, and is amazing at making the Stockbridge the classic gem that it is! I also adore Paulo the maintenance man, who’s very speedy and equally delightful. When I saw them both greet me in the lobby my first day back I truly felt home. I’m a Stockbridge lifer as long as they’re here.

Summit Flats is a fairly nice place to live. Secure building, nice rooftop area, good facilities. Not the most sound proof, but that's really my only issue. The building manager Emily is really nice, keeps us informed of any issues, and tries to make the lobby feel welcoming with decorations from time to time. Overall, one of the better places I've lived.
