I've lived here for about a year and the renovations have made the place nicer and the new manager, Serena, has always been very helpful. When I've needed something fixed in my apartment she has gotten it taken care of and calls me back about it which is nice because in past apartments I've had problems with the office not fixing stuff. The only changes I would suggest is having 2 people in the office because I've noticed it is usually just the manager there and if she is gone on lunchtime or busy there is no one else to help. Parking is free but it's hard to find and I think it would be better to have reserved spots, but overall I like my apartment and it's so convenient that I'm right across from school.
