I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the property manager of Avalon apartments. Michael hands down is the best property manager I’ve come across. He gave me a great deal getting into my apartment, went above and beyond helping me get in due to my craft work schedule, any issue that came up did everything he could to fix it and honestly is just so great to be around. They're so collaborative and willing to help out in any way they can. The technicians work so hard and do the dirty work for us, and I can not be more grateful for all their work. Michael McNeill and Donald Murphy have never ceased to provide my family and I with the best service! From the moment we moved in to the months after our move out, Michael and Donald have worked to resolve anything we throw their way. The community itself is amazing because of these people. This is also to include their maintenance team who take pride in what they do. However, this team not only takes pride in their work, they take pride in the people they serve. The only issue I had was after move out and it was with their off-site customer service at their main center that gave a lot of misinformation. However, still after our move out, Michael stepped in and helped resolve the issue that did not even pertain to him as if we just moved in. I can’t say enough good things about Micheal, Donald, and even Glenn, the maintenance manager and his team because they made our stay memorable, smooth, safe, and enjoyable. They all truly exude what customer service should be. The bar and expectations have been set high for us because of these gentlemen!

Lived here for nearly 2 months now and feel good about it. The maintenance staff are very friendly, reliable, and helpful. It’s rare to see leasing staff actually look like they enjoy and care about their job, so whatever leadership is doing, they’re doing it right. The location is central to nearly everything, so you can get all your needs within 5 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking (max). I also appreciate the timely resident communication. When the fire alarm went off a few nights ago, the staff sent out communications the very next morning with details. Overall, I would recommend living here.
