I have lived here for three years and I gotta say I had no issues. My apartment was well maintained and Thoroughly cleaned when I moved in and throughout my tenancy I had been very happy with the staff, both maintenance and management. Recently, I had a chance to converse with Autumn and she was so ausome in helping me feel as comfortable as possible while finishing my stay at West Mall Apt.

We recently moved to WMP apartments and we couldn’t be more happier for this quiet and clean community. Autumn has helped us so much during the process and had us feel more than welcomed here. Without her this move wouldn’t have been as smooth sailing! She is a joy and we are grateful for her. The apartment itself has had no major issues and is comfortable for our small family. Maintenance is sent right away for any minor inconvenience and they really do take care of you here.
