I moved here recently with my roomies after my lease at the old place was up. We were skeptical because of reviews and the street it was on at first however we have been very pleased and happy moving in! They let us move in early, helped us arrange payment plans for certain fees, and have fixed every issue we addressed to them in a pretty timely manner. My window got smashed and the first thing they did was ensure my window got taped and was safe before buying a new window for my room. I can tell this place wasn't amazing before don't get me wrong but I can also see staff who is genuinely trying to make this place better. My roomies and I have been using the gym and pool a lot more this last week and plan to keep doing so. (also wanna give kudos to the staff for offering popsicles when me and my roomie visited the pool and the maintenance guy for being polite while fixing my window when he needed to step on my bed) This place has some more things to work on for sure but its been great so far these last couple months. I'm extremely happy with my choice to lease here.

Crystal Springs Apartments is a very nice place to live the office lady's are very helpful when you bring issue to them they will take care of them at there early convenience things here have greatly improved from when I first moved in 21 years ago maintenance is working to make improvements to the complex I just wanted to say that everyone here at crystal springs Apartments are very friendly the rent is at a reasonable rate which I like I would like to give a big thumbs up Denise the manager and Ari the asst Manager Micheal the maintenance foreman and Dax maintenance and Chris maintenance they are really good at there jobs which says a lot
