I've here 7 years and in that time there have been 3 property management companies and at least 6 different property managers/assistant managers. Evelina has exceeded all of them in terms of service, professionalism and genuine concern for tenant wellbeing. Anytime I have a question or concern, her response is kind and prompt. She ensures maintenance requests are handled quickly and easily. Her office does a great job keeping lines of communication open and being solution focused when any issues arise. Thank you for all your help over the years and your genuine concern for tenant experience.

I just moved out and lived there for 1 year and two months. If i didn’t buy a house i would of stayed. The staff is the best and my unit was clean and the move out charges were reasonable. Evelina and Angie have been the best to work with. Highly recommend moving here.
