I lived here for almost 3 years and I'm only moving because I have to! My apt was AMAZING, huge, airy, bright, everything I wanted. MASSIVE elevators, a perk because there have been elevators that don't fit my tiny 2.5 love seat couch. I loved it here, if you're a fan of small practically brand new communities, like taking walks in nice neighborhoods (dog people), don't want to pay for amenities you never use (pretty much all amenities for me), want super cheap below-building garage parking and BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED GROUNDS AND BUILDING CLEANLINESS AND AWESOME STAFF MEMBERS, this is the place for you. It CAN be expensive but what nicer apt isn't, plus there's like 20 different floor plans to choose from. Management 1. Pauline- property manager, FANTASTIC. She is more or less the only office person and she will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy! She knows everyone by name, super personable, extremely good at what she does, the list goes on. 2. Vernie- Maintence supe, ONE OF THE BEST. Super knowledgeable, work orders are done really quickly unless they have to order parts, super friendly all the things. 3. Tom- groundskeeper. I cannot adequately put into words how hard he works to keep the community sparkling
