Cubix at Othello is a decent apartment complex for affordable price. Of course, not a penthouse, but their brand new studio that we are renting rn is great for the low price it is. I don’t like that their inbound calls go to an outsourced agent, but they are super responsive over emails. Note that you may be able to hear your neighbor if they are stumping. But it is still decent for the price in the area. We live in Seattle after all! 100% recommend. A separate shoutout to Jake who helps all the time and Aileen who helped me choose my current place. And a separate one to the maintenance manager who resolved my complaints the same day most of the time :)
