I’ve lived at Excalibur for over 7 years, and I highly recommend it! Fabulous location, fair rent and parking rates, and a staff that’s constantly working to improve the overall experience of their residents. A lot of apartment complexes gouge you in annual rent increases, but not Excalibur. Tatiana and RJ are incredibly friendly and personable and really make this place feel like home. The building itself and the location are very safe and the area is incredibly walkable. Residents are very respectful of each other. I’ve never once had to complain about another resident (never even a noise complaint!). The building is kept very clean and well-maintained. Maintenance orders are handled swiftly. If you have an interior unit your apartment can get kind of stuffy in the summer, but definitely not a deal breaker. If you want a lot of bang for your buck this is definitely the place for you!

I moved into Excalibur in January 2021. It was pretty chaotic back then. In Fall 2021, a new management team arrived. The new property manager Andrew and his assistant Tatiana immediately started making improvements to the place. They assigned parking, repainted hallways, got new doors and numbers for units, tested the fire alarms, reconstructed the main entrance so it no longer flooded when it was raining, added parcel lockers, repainted the parking garage, and fixed a defunct elevator. Throughout it all, they communicated professionally and made sure tenants knew well in advance of any inconveniences related to these improvements. The maintenance team is also excellent and quickly responds to requests. I moved out in March 2023. My reason for moving out was work-related, otherwise I'd probably still be here. Thank you for all your hard work Andrew, Tatiana, and maintenance!
