I love this building! It’s my favorite residence to live in. It’s like “hotel luxury” concept. So I moved here four years ago from Chicago and I still live here! This building beats my previous old residences experiences back on east coast! Best amenities, friendly management ready to help anytime and quiet respectful environment! Even is disability friendly in general, I am Deaf. They communicate so well. You won’t regret living here, trust me. Grab the opportunity to experience living here! It kept old historic details from old days, lobby is like a hotel! Beautiful. Well, it’s your chance! Live like there is no tomorrow. 2020-present resident.

The Malloy has become a place I'm happy to call home for the coming years. The location is perfect for students, undergrad or graduate, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Great views of the U-District and loads of natural light lend themselves useful year round. The original flooring adds a great touch of character, something the building has plenty of. Could not recommend enough!
