This place is cheap but with so much noise. You can just hear the people is walking above you as the wooden floor is so old. You can hear your neighbors are speaking. And you can even hear they are snoring at night. Every morning you will be waked up at 5am 6am 7am 8am for frequently trash cars with "donng donng donng". I subleased from someone and moved out to a nearby apt in a few months. Don't recommend.

In general I would describe this place's management as doing the bare minimum to make the place "livable" but nothing more than that.
