It's a pretty good place for UW students as the rent is very reasonable for the proximity to campus and features as well. As a student living here for more than a year, the management is responsive to requests. Also, the neighborhood is much quieter and safer than the Ave or anywhere super close to campus (speaking from experience living there previously). It's obviously not a "luxury apartment" with modern features, but it does the job for someone looking for fair or reasonable housing.

I Don't know why the B apartments next door are rated so poorly as we are managed by the same people. I got to say living here is so worth it, especailly if you chip in a little extra for a furnished unit! The only downside is that they don't have a dedicated mail room so packages are always a struggle but over all The quality of the unit is by far the best out of all the places I've been around udistrict.
