I have had pleasant experiences with the on-site staff and management during my time there from 2020-2022. All my interactions with the office manager, Starla, have always been very helpful and polite. She was also instrumental with mediating and resolving an issue with a constantly noisy upstairs neighbor. I don’t know why there are so many complaints about her. I have always found her to be very nice. As for the building, ever since the property managers changed, the upkeep has not been so consistent and the place sometimes looked disheveled (unvacuumed stairs and hallways, etc). Location is nice though. My only complaint is the many Amazon orders get stolen since the delivery people just throw them on the floor near the entrance. Not sure if other tenants are taking packages that don’t belong to them, but I have found many packages opened (including mine) with some contents taken out and then tossed in the trash bin inside the building.

Peak Living Property Services illegally withheld a third of my security deposit and does not respond to calls or emails for any reason. I moved out because they screwed up my lease renewal document and couldn't be bothered to fix it for weeks. It's a shame the property management is so awful, the building itself is rather nice. Just write off your security deposit and don't expect any maintenance.
