Christopher is the best apartment manager I’ve ever had. Extremely responsive and responsible. John the maintenance manager is also amazing, he comes and solves maintenance issues within a day of request submission, and it’s all included within the rent. I’ve always had my issues resolved within hours or at most a day. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to live in Udistrict and want a dependable and caring team. Extremely convenient to grocery stores, UW, bus stop, and light rail.

I've lived here for thirteen years, and I have no complaints. Service requests get fulfilled quickly and appliances that break get replaced. Everything is clean and the rent is reasonable. There's a package locker system that you can sign up to use for free. There have been a few different community managers over the years, and they've all been great.
