Christopher is the best apartment manager I’ve ever had. Extremely responsive and responsible.
John the maintenance manager is also amazing, he comes and solves maintenance issues within a day of request submission, and it’s all included within the rent.
I’ve always had my issues resolved within hours or at most a day.
Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to live in Udistrict and want a dependable and caring team.
Extremely convenient to grocery stores, UW, bus stop, and light rail.
I've lived here for thirteen years, and I have no complaints. Service requests get fulfilled quickly and appliances that break get replaced. Everything is clean and the rent is reasonable. There's a package locker system that you can sign up to use for free. There have been a few different community managers over the years, and they've all been great.

After living here for 3 years and I could not rave more about my experience about living here. I have lived in countless apts, around the country and this is the only one I would go back to live in. If you need to be in the U district, you absolutely should live here. As it is not one of the new highrises, full of tiny apts where a 1 bed is not even a proper bedroom w/a door. The rooftop is very nice and is not over crowded as every other building. it's very convenient as it close to everything you need, Trader Joes, train station, etc. The manager Christopher is absolutely a gem and is the reason why my experience was so great. If anything ever happened, he would respond right away and get it fixed and resolved. He is such a kind hearted and very efficient at resolving anything that may come up! He helped me on a numerous occasions so I am so grateful! Thank you for the great 3 years!

Well deserve 5 stars. I would give it a 6 star if I could. The apartment is nice, well-maintained, and comfortable. Grocery stores in walking distance. (Trader Joe’s! Lol) However, the best part of it is the manager, Christopher. He’s more than an apartment manager. He not only made the moving process easy, but went on the extra mile. He helped even before potential issues happen. He is prompt and reliable. I no longer need to worry about renting an apartment trivial because I know he will take care of them. He sometimes helps with things that are not really a part of his job as a manager…like “that great neighbor” who shares tips and tricks about living in the city, and always be happy to help with troubleshooting the electrician and plumbing stuff. (They do have a maintenance person, John, who is 100% awesome as well. Christopher sometimes fills in when he is not available.) Everyone can see that he loves his job. I feel lucky to have him as the apartment manager!
(TLDR: Best Apartment in U-District)
Lived here over the summer and my girlfriend and her friend lived here throughout the year. This place is great. I have lived in 4 different apartments throughout the past 2 years as I have attended college and worked in the Seattle area. This place has excellent management, very responsive and friendly, along with the apartment being very clean with great neighbors within the building. The apartment is in an excellent location close to campus, the link and the ave, but being far enough away from all the foot traffic. Honestly, I had a great experience living over the summer, the apartment was just what I was looking for, I didn't want to have a massive gym or extra amenities to add into the cost, I just wanted a great apartment with safe parking and good views. I will say the price has increased from the year prior, and as a first year college graduate, I am obviously very aware of costs and wanted something that was pretty budget friendly, but also stood up to my standards with location, cleaniness and great staff, along with the apartment itself being nice. I spent months on zillow looking at other apartments in the area, trying to compare prices, as the 2-bed floorplan I liked was around $3,000 this year, and I was possibly looking for something for less cost. I looked again, for months, reached out to several places, talked with friends in the area who lived in other apartments nearby, and there isn't a better choice. Other apartments are either not comparable below the price range, or the ones in the price range are expensive student apartments that are basically dorms, with lower quality and much much worse floor plans, that are again just nice dorms. For 2 or 1 bedrooms, the place is unbeatable. I am currently living in a one bedroom with my girlfriend at 2,100 a month with 170 parking and around 100 for utilities. If I wasn't 21 years old I would have zero issue with the prices for their value and probably would have went for the two bedroom, even at around 3,000. It does lack A/C which coming from the east side was something new for me but not really an issue. The alley is also pretty safe as well, I wouldn't have any issues walking down it. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and all trash is taken to the garage on the 2nd floor which is great. Oh and parking is super secure. And always smells neutral or slightly pleasant which is a big plus for me. And is pet friendly, which I am bringing a cat over for this year and is huge. Trash does come real early and real loud in the morning and parking spaces are pretty small but like, that's just living in a city. Overall, honestly it isn't in by best interest for more people to want to move in here, lol, but this apartment staff has been amazing along with the apartment itself so I don't mind leaving a review.

Wonderful apartment! The manager, Christopher, is super understanding, caring, and always greets us when he sees us. The apartment staff goes above and beyond in ensuring that tenants have everything that they need to live comfortably here. Super clean apartment! It is also in a very convenient location; close to restaurants and grocery stores but far enough so you can avoid traffic on the Ave. There are several bus stops within the area, so it’s really easy to get around. Highly recommend Travigne if you are looking for a place in the U District!
I transferred to a renovated unit after living here for a year. I really like the new finishes. John is a great guy, very quick fixing the cabinet door in the bathroom. Chris made the move easy and helped get my movers in before I got there. Great team!
A great property in a great location. Close to grocery stores, food, the University and transit. Easily walkable and the manager Chris is amazing. He takes care of everything quickly and with great communication!
