I toured this property and thought it was great. Everything seemed nice and clean. The area seems safe and quiet. Zachary does a great job giving you all the information needed about the property and moving in.

Quinn & Jennifer are some of the best community managers I've ever met. Ravello is a very well managed community. :) Edit: Dropping to 3/5 stars due to incredibly high utility bills here. I paid about $50 for trash/water/gas/etc. and $75 for parking (compared to their $130 for parking) in total at my last place per month. My first month here I was slapped with a $153 bill as a single woman living in a 1-bedroom apartment. I was charged $20 for a "one-time" account setup, followed by $58 for trash and $52 for sewer capacity. They use Conservice here, and at the bottom of the bill it quite literally states that "the service provider issues bill, amount is divided equally by number of units." So, I guess that means the apartment somehow walks away from fronting any sort of utility bill? :/ Many places around the Downtown Redmond area offer cheaper utilities. Edit: Zack and Quinn are amazing at managing the community and their response times are near instant :)
