I don't write reviews much, but I will about this place. I lived here for a year and a half. Reasoning I moved is to be closer to work and also have a bigger place. I had the 1 bedroom and it can be quite small and walls aren't exactly thick, but it is an apartment after all and you get what you paid for and at the time was affordable to me. The pros about this place: - Tons of parking (although raccoons, squirrels, birds, might harm your vehicle) - Management is nice and very reactive to issues brought up to them, very well maintained. - The maintenance crew do a fantastic job making sure the area was clean and garbage was emptied or sorted out. Cons - Thin walls - Small 1 bedroom Overall, I will say for my first apartment and at the price. I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend if you're trying to be in the Edmonds area and want a nice quiet living without too much commotion. It's a small community and close to tons of stuff. I appreciated my time here and also had a nice clean move out with most of my deposit returned to me even with having 2 dogs. Hope you find this review helpful.

The leasing staff is so nice and allowed us to tour many apartments as well as stayed late just to answer all our questions and help us out, we submitted an application right away. The complex is clean, great location, and so friendly. I would absolutely recommend anyone apt shopping right now go check out the location
