- Very nice, responsive, and helpful staff (Dane and Jeff). - Awesome common areas - rooftop, top level lounge, and ground floor lounge/kitchen. - Occasional community events are enjoyable. - Appliances have worked great so I'm not sure where the comments about them being cheap come from. They're not all the highest quality of stainless steel, but the people I know have not run into any issues with them or easily damaging them. - Fantastic location - great for access to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, parks, and public transit.

Wonderful place to reside. Great and friendly community, awesome management and very on top of Covid friendly procedures. Highly considering renewing my lease here! The rooftop is gorgeous and location being right off of the freeway is a huge plus.
