I have lived here for the last 12 years, this has always been a great place to call home. The grounds are beautifully maintained always. All maintenance needs are addressed immediately. The staff is exceptional and very good at their jobs. The neighbors here are all good people and get along very well. Management also plans community events for neighbors to mingle! I honestly believe this is the best apartment complex in Bothell. I am moving out of State, this is the only reason I would leave.
