The year and a half I've spent living at Robin's Nest has been nothing short of the best apartment experience I've had. The property manager is very kind, attentive, and responsive to any issues or needs you may have. The building is clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet given the nearby bridges. The location is fantastic if you are a UW student with campus a short 15 minute walk away. The two bus lines that run nearby will easily get you to downtown or capitol hill in 20 minutes. If you have a car there is limited parking availability in the garage, but street parking can be easily found on Fuhrman with no issues. Would easily recommend this place to others!

Going on my third year living at Robin's Nest and I have loved living here. The rooftop views are beautiful, the building is very safe and secure, packages are always dropped off in the package room and it's usually very quiet and peaceful. The property manager, Simone, is amazing and very responsive. The only downside is parking. Parking in the garage is limited and quite expensive and street parking can be difficult but besides that it has been enjoyable.
