We recently had the pleasure of working with Adam and Shina in our quest to find the perfect apartment, and we couldn't be more impressed with the level of service we received.
From the moment we stepped into their office, the leasing agents were attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us find our ideal home. They took the time to understand our preferences and showed us a variety of apartments, providing valuable insights and guidance along the way.
Despite our difficult decision to choose another apartment closer to central Seattle, the leasing agents at Stream Dexios were incredibly understanding and supportive. Their professionalism and friendliness stood out, making the entire process a positive experience.
We want to express our gratitude to the entire team for their exceptional service. While we may not be moving into one of their listings this time, we wholeheartedly recommend Stream Dexios to anyone in search of a reliable and customer-focused leasing agency.
Thank you for your outstanding support. We look forward to the possibility of considering Stream Dexios in the future.

I had a good experience during my 1-year tenancy here.
The building itself is a relatively new construction. The inside and outside look very modern, with large windows, new appliances, and tasteful flair. Water pressure and temperature were good, and maintenance requests were always promptly addressed.
The staff here is great. They were very helpful and flexible with solid communication, and we never encountered any confusing or suspect billing practices.
Amenities are limited (small gym and rooftop deck with a garden) compared to other buildings in the surrounding area. The rooftop deck has great views, though, and I ate the produce from the garden regularly. Sound can be an issue for the sensitive, with just-okay insulation between floors and to the adjacent streets that sometimes had loud cars / trucks travel by. There is no A/C in the units and if you have any south- or west-facing window, you will probably need one, although the breeze helps cool the place down fairly well.
Location-wise, there are a handful of delicious restaurants nearby. Access to groceries and gyms is not the best, but the options that are there are pretty good. Car, bus, or bike is needed to get to most points of interest in SLU or the city.
It isn't perfect -- but I don't think any building is. Especially considering the price we paid (a fair bit lower than other units in the area), I think this is a great place to live.

Dexios is not only a gorgeous waterfront property with views and a great quiet yet convenient location (super close jaunts to downtown, Queen Anne, Ballard, and Fremont) but, more importantly, the staff here is absolutely the most down-to-earth, kind, and assuring leasing staff I have ever met. The Property Manager’s history is in human services and it shows tremendously. I’ve never had anyone be so caring and accommodating to my personal needs. She’s clear and communicative while being efficient and, again, so kind. The Assistant Manager is the same. Incredibly helpful, fun, and communicative. Their professional and caring demeanors are absolutely a huge reason I chose to live here. I can imagine having great communication with this team while I live here and feel heard, safe, and cared for.
Aside from the wonderful staff though, the units are spacious, light filled, modern, noise proof, and still cozy. Most units have some kind of view of either the gorgeous city or waterfront and through floor to ceiling windows no less! And the rooftop is absolutely to die for! You have a panoramic view of Lake Washington that is mesmerizing and peaceful. The roof also has produce beds that are maintained by a third party company once a week that is free to the residents to pick when ready! You have great restaurants and businesses within walking distance. Including salons, recreational shops, cute deli marts, and much more.
Overall, Dexios is a dream property to live at. At the very least I would tour with them so you can experience the gorgeous property and meet the super amazing staff. I genuinely can’t wait to move in March.

I just moved out of steam Dexios after living there for over two years. I loved living there! Apartments are nice and newer, beautifully designed, amazing views and balcony options. The roof is subbing and the garden with produce is a great touch and use of space. In those two years each property manager I’ve worked with has been so excellent! Especially wanted to shout out the current one Shina who helped manage a few situations with professionalism and punctuality.
Also wanted to note as this is important to me- the move out process and assessment was excellent, easy, and incredibly fair, which puts my mind at ease.
Would highly recommend!

This building is a holy ground for someone who works in downtown but doesn't like the noise of ambulances and firetrucks running around. It's in walking distance to downtown plus it has a pretty quiet environment with a beautiful rooftop looking down Lake Union. Especially, Shina was the best manager that I have ever had and will ever have. She will support you in almost any issue that may arise. The speed that she replies to your email would be faster than the speed of light and the devotion to her job is higher than Seattle Space Needle. She even helped me take care of my car shipping after I moved out since the shipping company messed up my schedule. Would totally recommend this place.
I've been at Stream for two months now and have had a great experience so far. I moved right at the beginning of the COVID pandemic and was delighted to find Shina (property manager) and team had already put extra precautions in place to keep me and my unit safe.
Shina has been great to work with and is super responsive. All of my questions (and I usually have a lot :) ) were answered very quickly! This is very important to me after moving from Green Lake Village, where communication from leasing staff is nonexistent.
A couple weeks ago there was an incident with a fire in the alley right behind my unit (I live on the ground floor). It was terrifying! Shina called me immediately the next morning to make sure I was okay and has kept me informed on next steps with replacing my window, which was damaged in the fire.
I can't wait for the rooftop to open! Great amenities and beautiful views of the lake and city. Would 100% recommend living at Stream Dexios if you're looking for a quiet spot with close access to the lake and downtown.

We love living here! All the concerns and little maintenance requests we’ve brought up to Shina, The Property Manager, was answered quickly and efficiently. The rooftop is very nice in the summertime, fresh produce + herbs from the roof, unbeatable views, awesome property management, colorful front doors which is my favorite, very close to Lake Union Park and the Lake Union loop. We also can’t wait for the Boba shop to open! Would recommend to any friends or family.
I have been a resident at Stream Dexios for over 5 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience living in this wonderful apartment complex conveniently located in Westlake overlooking the beautiful Lake Union of Seattle.
The apartment complex is a new building that offers modern appliances and amenities. The complex is always kept clean and maintained at a thorough, high-standard by Editha, the property manager, and her team. Editha and her team are easy to get into contact with and are very prompt and professional in responding to, and resolving, any questions or concerns.
Among the great amenities offered by Stream Dexios to its residents, the roof-top garden is superb. The garden includes a huge, bountiful supply of fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit for residents to enjoy - free of cost! The apartment team and the Seattle Urban Farm Co. do an exceptional job planting and maintaining the garden for the great benefit of the residential community. See photos attached!
Stream Dexios is an impressive apartment complex that I highly recommend anyone interested in moving to the Seattle-area consider to be their new home.
