This is a phenomenal apartment complex for the price. It is reasonably quiet, equipped with good reliable appliances, and the property manager is very prompt, agreeable, and courteous.

I have lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience, particularly with the management team, which is why I’m writing this review. Matt, the manager, is easy to communicate with and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. He responds quickly, which makes me feel well taken care of. The maintenance team is also very efficient, usually addressing requests within just a few days. As for the building, the insulation here works well to block sounds from neighboring units. My apartment faces the back of the building, so it's quiet, allowing me to sleep peacefully at night. Regarding safety in the U-District, I would recommend avoiding 43rd Street at night, as it can feel a bit unsafe. I highly recommend this apartment for UW students who don’t have a car, as the location is incredibly convenient—close to campus, restaurants, grocery stores, and the light rail station, all within walking distance.
