It had washer and dryer and garbage disposable but once it needed to be repaired, they removed the disposable and put in a regular sink. They lied about having an exercise facility and a tennis court. They have a pool but in the 4 yrs I've lived here, they've never put water in it. So if you move here, check out the facility first.
