One word, WOW!! I’ve rented several apartments in my lifetime, I’m an older tenant but never have I lived in such a wonderful home as Traxx apartments, I mean the complex is really really nice, the manager, Zahra is amazing, she is such a pleasure to interact with, her kindness and professionalism is the best I’ve ever encountered, the assistant manager, Kaylee is also hugely helpful and nice and ready to help whenever needed. Traxx has a really cool workout room with all the equipment to get into shape you could ask for. They have this cool rooftop that has this chess set you can play, the chess pieces are 3 feet tall! There’s a dog area which is so convenient, I can wait to get a puppy and raise her in this beautiful home. I’ve had very minor maintenance requests and the maintenance guys are so fast and friendly. My one bedroom apartment is incredible, the bedroom is large, it has a big fan that keeps me cool at night (I’m already cool though 🤣), and a walk in closet! My kitchen is HUGE, plenty of room for my myriad of appliances, I’ve got an outside deck where I can grill fish and healthy vegetables, I just love it and sitting out there at night looking at the stars and beautiful trees is all I’ve ever wanted. Security is the best, I have no doubt that my vehicles are protected. I can’t recommend Traxx more, I look forward to years of comfortable living at Traxx. Zahra is the best!! No, I wasn’t paid to leave this review, I did because I haven’t been this comfortable or happy since I was living with mom and dad, God rest their souls. ❤️

I've been living at Traxx for about a month now, and overall, I quite like this community for several reasons:
1. Location
Although it's a bit farther from downtown Seattle compared to my previous residence in the Roosevelt area, the upcoming Sound Transit station, set to open at the end of August, is only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Currently, there's an express bus to downtown, which takes about 15-25 minutes in the morning. Driving is also very convenient, especially going to place like Costco.
2. Community
This apt is a very new building, with most units being brand new. The interior layouts are reasonable and spacious, making it very comfortable to live in. The only minor drawback is the somewhat awkward layout of the common areas, particularly on the first floor, but it's not a major issue.
3. Price
The rent is relatively affordable, likely around 10% cheaper than in downtown Seattle, though there is a trend of rising prices. As this area becomes more popular, more people are moving here.
4. Offers
There's currently a referral program that can help save some money. If you're interested, feel free to contact me, and I can refer you.
5. Environment
Despite being close to I-5, the noise levels are manageable. The surrounding area includes other apartments, restaurants, and cafe, contributing to a high-quality environment. The roads and sidewalks are well-maintained, with small trails for walking and dog-walking. It's also very close to a golf course and a lake, which I've visited several times – perfect for summer outdoor activities. It feels safe to live here for now, though I'm not sure how it will be after the Sound Transit station grand opening.

I have been living at Traxx for the past 2 months. I really love it here. Zahra the property manager is awesome! She is so kind and compassionate. She helped make my move easy and stress free. She is always available to answer my questions and and provide guidance when I need it.
I love the size of my unit and the way it is laid out. I have a lot of space in my walk in closet as well as sufficient cabinet space in the kitchen. I also really enjoy how quiet the area is and that I am surrounded by nature. I go for walks in the area a lot. The like all of the amenities such as our rooftop patio and gym. It also has restaurants, banks and grocery stores that are close and easily accessible. I would recommend Traxx to anyone who is looking for a nice place with affordable prices.
From the time I did my tour, to actually moving in, the experience was phenomenal. Zahra and Kaylee are just amazing; professional, courteous and very efficient. They helped me with all of my questions and concerns even though they were busy with non-stop hustle and bustle of getting people moved in. Just phenomenal customer support! The maintenance staff, Derek and David are friendly and on it! The apartment building is secure, clean and well lighted at night. It’s safe and secure. I love living here! The light rail is less than a 10 minute walk away and there are so many stores, restaurants and businesses within a mile radius.
Traxx Apartments is located in a very nice area and right next to the light rail line. I had a great experience with the staff as well. They were extremely accommodating and informative throughout the whole application and lease signing process. Look forward to moving in this fall!

Great place to live and central to all locations. Attentive property management and leasing team. Rooftop and amenities are A1(like the sauce). You can get an AC for your unit if you want to keep it in the 60’s otherwise they have a unit that fits your need. Safety, I love that also…..just don’t forget your key fob.
They were able to get me into a unit rather quickly so I appreciate and see how they function as a team from leadership of the building up to the owners. You’re in good hands.
No fluff here, just my truth 100!!
The light rail has changed our life since it opened the convenience has saved so much time commuting. The staff and management have been so welcoming and the community comes together for events.

We just moved in but I can't wait to tell you about my experience with Traxx so far. I've never lived in a multilevel building before and was really nervous about the move in process. Zahra and Kaylee were there every step of the way. From key fobs to security codes, they walked me through every step of the way. The past 10 years at our last place never prepared me for feeling as safe and spoiled as I do now.
I LOVE our new place.
I haven't lived here long, but I do have a couple of concerns:
1. Lack of direct lighting on the rooftop for the dog relief area. This would be a relatively easy fix. They would just need a motion light aimed at the dog relief area.
2. Packages and deliveries left out loose on counters and outside of secured areas (through the open breezeway sitting outside the package room) concerns me. Not really a deal breaker and management says they have never had an issue, but I might use a local Amazon Locker for my deliveries.
Still... it's been the best place I've ever rented. My neighbors are friendly and it's so convenient to light rail.
