I have been living at Avalon Alderwood for two years now and have had enjoyed it, but am particularly impressed with the maintenance team. I’ve never had such prompt services at an apartment complex, and they are all kind and professional to boot. Just today, I had an issue with my garage door opener and got locked out, and Nedzib Ozegovic was there promptly and fixed the problem for me. I think every maintenance request I’ve had has been resolved in 12 hours or less. Thanks!

Most wonderful experience of apartment living that you could ask for. Not only is the property and amenities flawless, but the staff is beyond helpful and make sure to go the extra mile and make you feel like family every time to ensure we are living comfortably and stress free. I’d like to personally Thank Melissa for her extreme amount of support and active help through this entire time of living with avalon. Without her help, a lot of things would be stressful to deal with and I am extremely appreciative! The team shows they care and make it priority to keep all residents haply. I and personally super happy to be here and am so thankful for the entire team here at avalon Alderwood !
