Me and my husband been living here for a year now and we love the apartment. We are near everything stores, mall, restaurants. About 2weeks ago we transfer to a different building due to our new born daughter and needing a bigger space. The apartment Manager Jamie helped us and made the whole process soo much easy for us. She is very professional and treats us good always and has a smile on her face. We love our new apartment now, it's 2bd 2bath, nice dinning with high ceiling and more storages. The maintenance guy is great and he does the work order on time. OrchardRidge is a great place to live, safe and with no parking issue.

Courtney has been super amazing at helping us get an apartment here, it’s remodeled and really up to date style and pretty. Lots of natural lights, It’s a super quiet neighborhood and the market down the street is so close with tons of every day items, tons of parking which is awesome, they are pet friendly and are super overall helpful and we’ve only been here for a few days and we love it. Having a real fireplace is amazing! 🙂 I’m really happy we are here.
