Larry and Ricky were excellent! They were both very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were also very efficient, and figured out how to get our electricity to work again with minimal interruption to our day. Truly appreciate their professionalism and their quick response to our request.

Moved in December 2023 and have loved it so far. Jackson was a great help and quickly responded to any questions/concerns I had. I haven't had to approach the leasing office about any issues so no commentary on that. Both maintenance workers Larry and Ricky have been extremely friendly and helpful as well. I had some minor issues in my restroom and Ricky resolved the issue very quickly and explained what he was doing as well, which I really appreciated. The dog park is wonderful and enough space for dogs to get all their energy out. So far, I've only used it as an off-leash area, not a playdate area (I've never seen more than one dog in there at a time, which is a good thing in my opinion). As for the other amenities, I haven't had a chance to use them yet but they appear well maintained. The grounds themselves are clean and feel safe. Some of the walking paths do result in pretty large puddles when it rains. Location is central to tons of shopping, and it looks like a bus line is being added right across the street sometime in 2024. H-mart and Alderwood Mall are within walking distance.
