Classic slumlords. The rent continues to rise despite no improvements being made and the units falling into a state of disrepair. The “cleaning” costs on move-out will be the exact same as your security deposit. So do not expect to get that back. These geniuses charged me rent despite the fact I had already moved out! Took them about 3 weeks to return the money, nearly $3k. Stay away!
