Nice quiet area of Seattle but super close to a BUNCH of public transport to downtown and beyond. Lot of fun things to do in the area within walking distance and safe for walking even after sundown. Property management company was great. Super responsive and attentive. Maintenance always did right by us whenever an issue came up. Portal makes it super easy to enter work orders and set up payments for rent. Not only is the rent affordable but the apartments are super quiet as well! Never had any noise issues in my 3 years of living there. Communal areas such as the laundry room and grill are always clean and maintained. Neighbors are relatively nice. Live in manager, Dustin, is incredibly friendly and very approachable! Wife and I moved in as a “starter” apartment in 2016 and we ended up staying for just a little over 3 years. We moved simply because we needed a bigger place after we found out we had s daughter on the way. 10/10 would recommend!

Spent 2 years here and it was a great place to live! We probably had one of the oldest apartment unit but still found it pretty cozy-it's up for remodel as well! There's laundry on site (coin operated only), a bike storage, and a rec room inside and outside the building. The rec room is comfy but last I checked was a little neglected. The onsite property manager, Dustin, is easy going and responsive. His emails are quick to the point but makes an effort to actually be informative. The location of the apartment is prime if you're new to Seattle because of all the neighborhoods it intersects (Central, International, First Hill, and Cap Hill). People in the building are fairly nice as well.
