I don’t know about those bad reviews… But I used to live here and they’re the best! Walking distance to downtown and everything you need. Great staff, always responding to my emails momentarily, and always helping me out with the paperworks. That was 2021 when I lived here, it was sad to move out because of relocation. Those people who expect a calm, peaceful, chill, quiet, safe place in downtown Seattle, please consider the matter of the location. Fountain Court, they did their best to provide guidelines, instructions, actions to make the place SAFE. But it’s still downtown, DOWNTOWN!

Amazing response from management for the viewing and all the necessary arrangements for moving in issues; application, insurance, and utility issues. Kudos for such detailed assistance and thoughtful follow ups!! Also saw the maintenance staff, spraying out 2nd floor patio and parking area. They seem to work with such diligence and attitudes. Great to be a part of this community.
