The view from our 25th floor apartment was great. Even though we only lived there briefly it was great. I wish it was located outside of the city because of the city noise and they are right by the fire station so you always hear when they leave their station. But outside of that we loved it. The issues we had got fixed quickly. We had issues with the parking company for a little bit but Emilee was very helpful in helping us get it resolved. The maintenance time was nice and the concierge Scott was such a delight to see when leaving and coming to the apartment.

As I found myself in an unlikely situation with my hotel I booked upon my arrival to Seattle I passed by the Shelby building and instantly was drawn to the only leasing sign that had green balloons. This was the first sign I’ve seen in this city that had such an inviting energy. I met both Rochelle and her associate Jade who undoubtedly removed any hesitations I had on if I would be housed or not. To have these two beautiful and kind women show me such diligent dedication to their job and to getting me settled in one of the many STUNNING unit’s that are still available was a god send. The entire process was more streamlined and accommodating (offered a refreshing array of artisan keurig coffee I’ve never seen) that I felt truly at home here at the Shelby and I hadn’t even received my keys. As a Philadelphia native I was nervous at how I would be received with seattle being known for having the infamous “seattle freeze” but thanks to Rochelle and Jade I know for certain this city has outstanding individuals that are making a difference and literally saving lives.

Whether I've needed a new battery, replacement lightbulbs, blinds, new toilet seat, light switch, etc. maintenance is here right away and handles my request. Alejandro and all maintenance team members are courteous and kind, respectful and prompt. Who needs a husband when you have a whole crew as amazing as the team here at Skye?! Thank you all for everything that you do. I've had zero issues in my time living here. Packages are always safe, the building is always clean, my floor is very quiet. Clear and timely communication from management about issues, maintenance, events, etc. Not to mention it's conveniently located, I can walk everywhere. This is the perfect spot for me.
