If you’re looking for a first apartment this is totally the way to go. I’ve only been here since January 8th 2021 but In that short amount of time I already feels at home. I was really worried about getting scammed because with your first apartment it is like a first car where a lot of people get scammed. Carlos Trias was the one who helped me with my lease and he was amazing. He explained the lease very well and was really patient with me. Carlos made me feel like I matter and he delivers superior customer service compare to any other landlord/property mangers I’ve seen/met.

I lived here 5 years ago and I loved it! I still miss it. I lived in one of the basement apartments. I got plenty of ambient light from outside and access to a courtyard When my granddaughter would visit, she played safely outside because nobody else had access. The unit was beautiful! Hardwood floors, marble countertops, big windows. And the fold out Murphy bed was very convenient. Its an old building which isn't for everyone, but I love older buildings. This one has a lot of character. Nick was a great landlord and went out of his way when I needed help.
