The Windermere is just blocks from our famous Sculpture Park, and Seattle's iconic Belltown neighborhood, with a diversity of restaurants, venues, and bars. This 1st floor studio features large windows and an abundance of storage, including a large walk-thru closet and another coat closet by the front door. Cats and small dogs are allowed and the units are non-smoking. Underground parking may be available, please inquire at the time of viewing. Please contact Liam at 234.380.9522 to schedule a viewing, and be prepared to apply at the time of viewing. Be advised that applications are processed in the order they are received. Application Fee: $40 (non-refundable) Security Deposit: 50% of 1st months rent (refundable) Utilities W/S/G: Included Utilities Internet/Electricity: $100 Pet Rent: $25 per month Pet deposit: 20% of 1st month rent (refundable) We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
