The staff at Centennial have been nothing but kind to me from day 1. In fact, when I first moved in, I was going through many life changes and Lauren and Emilee were very patient with me as I secured my first apartment on my own! I signed a lease on a very spacious studio in the court that I am utmost pleased with. Chris and Erik in maintenance are very quick and accommodating with work orders, and very knowledgeable on what needs to be fixed. Alexis, Celeste, and Teresa are very thorough with emails to questions that I have had and they write them very well! They’re also very friendly and knowledgeable in person. The location of the property is in a quiet and clean part of Belltown with some very nice coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby!! I have a large dog that I walk to the many parks that are very close by (Seattle Center, Sculpture Park, Myrtle Edwards waterfront, etc) that have acres of grass. Surprisingly too, there is almost always ample parking on Vine Street on the north side of the building for guests to park. The rooftop on the court building has spectacular views of the skyline while you grill your burgers. Also, the indoor pool and hot tub on the second floor is nice to have. I find it very rare for apartments in Seattle proper to have these two amenities (especially indoors, like something you see in a multi-million dollar home). I very much highly recommend living here!

Great location! Everything you need is within walking distance. Very helpful and polite staff. The views of the city from the 21st floor window are simply stunning.
