What a surprise! I toured Skye today and I thought the building would be old since the building has been around since the 40s! But I was totally wrong - the moment I walked in, it looked so new and fresh...I was greeted by Sam....who introduced me to my agent Marina...Marina should be commended for her exemplary customer service skills....she was super fun and super nice...I also met the maintenance team - Susan and Alex...very nice as well....I was also impressed with the layout of the studios and 1 bedroom units...every unit is so open and some of them have nice views of the Space Needle and the Puget Sound... the amenities such as the gym and the outdoor common area are inviting and spacious....Kudos also to Angelique and Sam....Thank you for giving me the chance to tour this magnificent apartment property!

I really love Skye at Belltown. Not only is it one of the only buildings of its kind in Downtown/ Belltown area but my view is unmatched. See attached photos! Fun fact: it predates the Space Needle! The staff could not be sweeter and so responsive. Anytime there has been an issue or routine maintenance, they are immediately responsive and follow up after the work is done. Some of the staff lives in the building too so they truly take pride in their work and it’s more than just a 9-5 for them. I want to give a special shout-out to Susan, Alex, and Sam. They are always so friendly to me and my dog Bear. It’s just a great feeling to feel apart of this community. Safety is super important to me. There is always someone at the front door and most of the building is on a first name basis with eachother. There is also a gorgeous 1-acre garden/ green space for residents only that is perfect to walk your dog at any time of day or night. This is a really pet friendly building and there are quite a few long time residents which is just a testament to how great this building and community is. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Thanks Skye for making this apartment building really feel like a community.
