Just moved in a couple weeks ago but so far great, and Kesha has been amazing! Fantastic communication, helpful with questions! Editing: was told all the apartments had a window or AC port, though this isn’t accurate. Two months of asking about it and only option they could provide was for me to transfer to an apartment with a new 9-12mo lease. Between the cost for the space and lack of any window that can open (despite being told otherwise) downgrading the rating.

Seems like its perfectly located in Columbia City. Unfortunately got stood up for my viewing appointment. Tried to contact staff, no luck.
