Our residents are able to utilize a rooftop terrace with patio furniture and a gas grill. This ideal location allows you to step outside your front door and walk, bike, or drive to award winning restaurants, parks, cozy coffee shops, or the Seattle Center.

Our experience at 306 QA, though short, was such a wonderful experience! If you like city life, this is a great location. Beautiful rooftop view of the Space Needle and even Mt. Rainier on a clear day. Safeway is just down the street, and there is a parking lot next to building making drop-offs/deliveries easy. Climate Pledge is LITERALLY a block away which is great if you're a concert goer or sports fan. There are some great food spots nearby, and located about a mile away from Pike's and downtown Seattle. The space itself was also great! We rented a studio and it felt very spacious, appliances were in great condition, felt newly renovated! We were here through a change in management so a big thank you to Jennifer who helped us tour and settle, and another big thank you to Rachael for being so welcoming when you joined. Rachael was a great communicator, very generous with us as tenants, and I can tell they genuinely care about residents. Definitely recommend taking a look at 306 QA!
