Live in Lower Queen Anne with the Space Needle out your window and the city at your feet. 306 Queen Anne offers studios, one-bedrooms, and live/work layouts built for how people actually live in Seattle. Big windows, open floor plans, and real natural light in every room. You pick the look: bright white kitchens or modern espresso cabinets, both with quartz counters, tile backsplashes, and stainless appliances. Every home comes with a full-size washer and dryer in the unit and 1 GIG internet ready to go. Then there's the rooftop. It's the reason people sign. Come up for skyline views, Space Needle out front, Elliott Bay in the distance, lounge seating around the fire pit, a grill, and a dining area that's made for summer nights. Our experience at 306 QA, though short, was such a wonderful experience! If you like city life, this is a great location. Beautiful rooftop view of the Space Needle and even Mt. Rainier on a clear day. Safeway is just down the street, and there is a parking lot next to building making drop-offs/deliveries easy. Climate Pledge is LITERALLY a block away which is great if you're a concert goer or sports fan. There are some great food spots nearby, and located about a mile away from Pike's and downtown Seattle. The space itself was also great! We rented a studio and it felt very spacious, appliances were in great condition, felt newly renovated! We were here through a change in management so a big thank you to Jennifer who helped us tour and settle, and another big thank you to Rachael for being so welcoming when you joined. Rachael was a great communicator, very generous with us as tenants, and I can tell they genuinely care about residents. Definitely recommend taking a look at 306 QA!
