After the new building manager, Blake, took over things really started to improve and he really seems to care about the building and keeping things running well for the occupants. It's a good neighborhood and very walkable to most places and quick access to the Rapid Lines. If you're on the fence I recommended you check it out. Bonus, free heat in winter since we have steam heat throughout the building so your power bill won't skyrocket in the colder months.

I've been here for 6 years, the 1st 4 years were great, then the new management company took over around 18 months ago and it has been all downhill since.
