I was so excited after touring this property that I signed my lease and cancelled my other tours. I loved the unit, building, and location, but the property manager, Trevor, was amazing and part of the reason I signed my lease so quickly. Trevor was very responsive and professional throughout the entire tour/move in process.

Lived here for a year, and can’t say enough good things about the onsite property manager, Trevor! He is so dependable, and helpful for anything and everything - he truly goes above and beyond his job requirements to make sure the tenants are happy and satisfied in their living space. The building is cared for, and has a great neighbor culture within! It was wonderful to live in a building that reflects the beautiful and friendly Queen Anne community.
