A solid place for affordable and responsible rent-seeking individuals. Property manager Jenny is great and very supportive of apartment needs. There are many lovely attractions in the area and for the apartment building itself, everyone is respectful and curtious of others safety and privacy. If you are a vintage-buiding lover, this place is great and better well-kept than other so called "vintage" buildings.

I have been a resident for the last two years and came initially for the location. It seems since the new property owners took over the building the building seems to be getting even better. The community is quiet and respectful for the most part and the Property Manager is a super lady that is very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are looking for an affordable option in the Belltown/ Lower Queen Anne, I would definitely consider Arkona.
