I am very impressed with this property when compared to the previous apartments in the area I have lived in. The building is quite and smaller which makes for a more peaceful experience. The management company has been very responsive, professional and easy to work with.

The management company is Pilot Property Management and they were great to me the entire time I was here (18 months). Service was generally fast, and communication by email or phone was also quick. The location is great for a lot of things, but I cannot give it 5 stars simply because of the noise. This is a really noisy area and without AC, I heard plenty of homeless people and traffic during the night or evenings. There is a port by the front door of each apartment that you can hook up a portable AC to, so if you have one of those, the noise may not be as much of an issue for you.
