If I could give this building and Northwest apartments a 0 star I would. Don't ever rent here or from Northwest apartments. They will STEAL your $800+ security deposit and charge you money for normal wear and tear. QueenAnne Arms is run down, moldy, graffitied on, parking in the lot outside costs more than $400 a month, To do just one basic Wash and load in the laundry room cost you $6 ($3 to wash, $3 to dry), packages are CONSTANTLY STOLEN. You basically need to have them sent to an Amazon locker off-Site... They've messed up my lease and my month-to-month utility charges multiple times. To fix these issues, good luck with that. The property manager will never answer your phone or emails and you'll go straight to voicemail. If you're lucky enough to talk to corporate, they're extremely rude and they treat you like dirt. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER RENTED FROM.

Absolute shady and scam property management, if you want to lose thousands of extra dollars while being a tenant then this is your place!!! Queen Anne Arms Investors is an ABSOLUTE SCAM, they will do illegal things such as not giving proper notice of needing to move out for a demolition (They are legally obligated to give 90 days, they gave less than 50 days, ILLEGAL) and then they refuse to return your damage deposit within 21 days of moving out which you are legally owed, oh and then they also refuse to communicate with you, I can tell you this because it is happening to me right now. FYI you can take them to court to get 2-3x your damage deposit back if they dont return it within 21 days
