I moved in about 7 months ago and my experience has been amazing! Maintenance has always been extremely quick and friendly whenever I’ve needed to call them. Liana goes out of her way to be welcoming and create a community atmosphere in this building. She also made getting aproved and moving in super easy and smooth. As for the false fire alarms, yes, they were incredibly annoying. No one likes being woken up multiple times in one night with an anxious pet or child. But, this is something I’ve also experienced living in other buildings and seems mostly out of the control of management to fix besides calling the vendor in the case of a malfunction? Some of the earlier and more infrequent alarms were just due to people burning food or something.The difference to me is that none of the other apartments I’ve lived in has also had responsive staff that takes time to address specific concerns brought up by residents about the alarms through emails sent to all residents with a detailed list of actions they are taking, including frequent status updates. The building is nice and clean, units are modern with good appliances, I’ve never had a package stolen, and I’ve found that the staff goes above and beyond. Compared to some of the other issues I’ve heard of in other similar nearby buildings (just look at the google reviews), I can forgive one night of alarms for an otherwise stellar experience lol
