I love living here ($ amount of rent, location, studio layout), BESIDES the fact that my mail gets stolen every time my item arrives on a weekend. If your mail arrives late on a Friday/Saturday, better pick it up before you sleep. I’ve had at least 5+ packages delivered on a weekend & I kid you not, my packages will get stolen every time. Bernard management - if you REALLY care about our complaints, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Suggestions: Put up more cameras, provide Amazon delivery truck drivers keys to place in our mailbox, find a solution to this recurring issue But you won’t. 😬

Living at The Bernard Apartment meant not only having my packages stolen but also feeling like my concerns were dismissed and unimportant. The trust I initially had in this complex quickly eroded as I realized that the management's priorities were clearly misplaced. I strongly advise anyone considering moving to Bernard Apartment to think twice before signing a lease. The stress, frustration, and financial loss I experienced due to the repeated theft of my packages were simply not worth it. There are plenty of other places that prioritize the safety and well-being of their residents, and I urge you to explore those options instead.
