Around our community, the conveniences expand beyond your front door with an enclosed community dog park, a fitness center, or a community clubhouse all just a short distance away. Our Queen Anne location puts everything you could want or need within easy reach. Seattle Pacific University is less than a mile away along with many restaurants, markets, and breweries. Pick up fresh seafood at the nearby Fisherman’s Terminal, a fishing port complete with a seafood market and many delicious restaurants, or grab a drink at neighborhood watering hole Rooftop Brewing Company. If your commute takes you beyond the neighborhood, King County Metro stops are abundant, and Highway 99 and I-5 are just minutes away. We have lived here for a year now. By goodness how the time flies by! Previously I have lived in an independently owned apartment complex by a sweet old man named Fred. It was such a beautiful experience that I expected the worst for this experience since it's owned by a management company. Over the last year, we have been treated with dignity and respect. The maintenence team is phenomenal. They are so kind and instantly willing to help resolve an issue. Rent is somewhat affordable compared to the area, which is so appreciated - especially in this economy. I suggest this place to anyone needing a transition stage. There is no hot tub (though they used to and I WISH) They have clean amenities and I feel like I scored with my neighbors. Good humble community with humble backgrounds. We look forward to staying here for a long time. Thank you Matthew Fernandez on the management team! He is so amazing and quick with any responses we may need! I see many negative responses but mine is not as such. We hope to continue to have healthy relationship with the staff and live here a long time. I hope the maintinence staff see's this. We are SO GRATEFUL for you. We will see!

My partner and I lived here for over a year and we're only moving out because we bought a place. The staff at Wharfside are wonderful to work with - we've experienced nothing but the best from the leasing and maintenance staff. Everyone is kind, helpful, and speedy. The grounds and interior are well maintained and the new windows are great. The two pet policy is a big plus. We'll miss it here! The only negative experience we had were a couple of the neighbors (most of them are very pleasant). Around the holidays someone in our building stole packages from our doorstep, took the contents, and left the ripped open packaging in the stairway. Someone on our floor also had frequent parties during the covid lockdowns. Overall though, folks here are nice and keep to themselves.
