I've lived here for many years. My apartment is fair priced with a great view. The staff have been wonderful, especially the maintenance crew including Ivaylo and George. I recently had a door replaced and they did an amazing job. There is a sense of community at the Expo Apartments because of the relationship between the residents and the staff.

I have lived at the Expo for almost a year now and I absolutely love the area! It is a vibrant area with lots of art and theaters and amazing restaurants and bars in the area! The apartment is perfectly located and it has been such a great experience, living here! The building has great amenities. There are a number of balconies and decks around the building, there is a weight room and the building is very well-maintained! There is a secure entry to all doors of the building. The admin and maintenance team are amazing! So friendly and helpful and make you feel very at home in the building! I never have to wait more than a few hours and someone gets back to me If I have a question or concern. The few times I have had a maintenance issue, the maintenance team usually addressed it same day and even within a few hours! Anyone interested in living in the lower Queen Anne area, I would highly recommend the Expo building! It truly is a place where you feel a sense of community and belonging!
