Loved the building, well constructed and very little noise that either we or our neighbors could hear through the walls. Friendly community where you get to be good acquaintances with offer members of the building. Amenities are decent, gym is small but gets the job done and usually has something free. Special shout-out to Ronald the maintenance guy who runs this place. He's incredibly friendly and made me feel at home almost immediately.

I've lived at Ray for a little over 2 years now and it's been a great experience for the most part. Location is great, the new puppy pad was a welcome addition, and generally the building feels safe. My only bad experience was my bike was stolen from the bike room when I first moved in so I keep it in my apartment now. In the recent year the building has seen some great improvements. Ron is super helpful whenever a problem or question arises. My pup, Nugget, screams in excitement whenever we see him and Mr. Biscuit. Overall I love living at Ray and can see myself continuing to live here in the future.
