It has only been a few months, but I already love my new place at Marlowe! I've lived at several apartments in the Seattle area but this one has been the best when it comes to amenities, finishes, and service from the office and maintenance. The rooftop is beautiful with views of the Space Needle and the city skyline next to the fire pits. My apartment is quiet - so quiet that it feels like I have no neighbors. The finishes in the apartment are much higher end than most apartments. There are windows all around my apartment, which is a huge perk for the Seattle area (and for my recent plant purchases of 2020). The walk-in closet has built in cabinets (not just the wire shelves) the light fixtures and blind shades all add to the overall feel of the building, which is right up my alley with a mix of modern, but the timeless look of mid-century. The entire team at Marlowe is outstanding- it's clear they care about their residents and the community, making the experience even better. Update 5.2023 - Year later and the apartment is still my favorite. Shout out to the entire crew!

I have had an incredible experience living in Marlowe for over a year. One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was because of its spaciousness and ample natural light, which has made it a truly enjoyable living space. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with convenient access to various popular hangout spots and grocery stores. The community at Marlowe also organized enjoyable events, including both fun and health-related activities, which I will miss. The management team at Marlowe has consistently been supportive and responsive to any inquiries or requests I had. They have always addressed my concerns promptly, and their efficiency has been commendable. Furthermore, the maintenance staff has been extremely helpful in addressing any apartment-related issues, promptly checking and resolving them within a day or so. I wholeheartedly recommend Marlowe to anyone in search of a spacious apartment with modern amenities.
