I love my cozy studio, the rooftop, great location, and easy communication with management! The handful of issues I've had have all gotten resolved quickly. Bus lines nearby are great, but I can see parking being tough. I apartment-shopped all around the neighborhood during COVID summer and this was the best deal I could find -- washer/dryer in unit, medium-sized fridge, rooftop, gym, & partial utilities included in the rent. And a 15 min walk from Green Lake :)
Benisha is super helpful and friendly!! Communication with staff is great and any issues I ever had got resolved very quickly and professionally.
This building is in a GREAT location for north Seattle. Technically, you're in Roosevelt but you are also literally steps away from Green Lake shops and restaurants. You get the best of both worlds! I-5 is super accessible with on ramps just around the corner. Will admit that parking is a bit tough in the area, especially with the construction. You may have to park a couple blocks away on occasion. But overall, it could be worse and isn't too big of a deal.
I lived here for 18 months and it seemed to be a pretty quiet building. Never heard my neighbors much and not a ton of noise/activity going on in or around the building. Living here felt very peaceful and cozy. I highly recommend these studios!!!
After having lived in this building for a year, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Ruslana and Mitch, and all the hard work and dedication put into managing this apartment building. Their responsiveness to any safety concerns, the seamless leasing process, prompt handling of maintenance requests, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
This building offers efficient and innovative studio apartments, for those looking to leave a smaller footprint- with breathtaking views of Green Lake and city skyline. The building’s amenities, including a lounge, gym, and rooftop deck, are also super convenient to have! With a walk score of 88 and easy access to transit, it’s a walker’s paradise. If you’re looking for a trendy, well-located community, Rise on 67th is a great choice!
Highly recommended! 🌆
The property managers, Mitch and Ruslana, are super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. The rent is completely reasonable, especially when you compare price points anywhere in this area. Great view of downtown and mountain Rainier from roof top, even from some of the units. They also provide furniture: bed frame, mattress , chair, desk as needed. A block away from Roosevelt station!
Do you want to be in the center of everything???The rise is the most perfect place! Transportation, food, and location are unprecedented! Take it from me, a Seattle native, who moved back to the PNW for the experience of nature as well as the big city life. The rise on 67th brings with it amazing facilities and an even better staff!! Sign up asap before your perfect location is taken!!!!!!

I’ve lived in my unit for about 2 months now and the whole move in went smooth with management, they took their time to explain everything to me and walk me through the whole process. Even while I was moved in they still checked up on me. And the cleanliness of the building is amazing!

It's hard to find a micro-studio that is furnished with included utilities for about $900 around the Seattle area. Parking is almost impossible, but it's not their Rise's fault at all. The opening of the Roosevelt rail will only make these streets more popular and busy. It's ideal for people without a car as walking to nearby restaurants and Green Lake is convenient. There is no AC in the units but heater is provided. The gym is very small but enough for a good workout. Hardly do I ever see more than 2 people in there at once. Overall, It's a solid place to live if you don't have high expectations.
So far I've enjoyed living here. There were a couple other office workers that were not the best. Roslana and Mitch came in they are super helpful answer all my questions. Also if it wasn't for here I'd be homeless. I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.
