Despite being somewhat near busy streets and the freeway, the walls are very thick and it feels so peaceful and quiet inside. Amber, our Community Manager, proactively communicates about updates and changes, and is very responsive to all inquiries. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, particular in terms of closets and natural light, which are sometimes elusive in San Francisco. My 1-bedroom unit has two closets, one of which is a large walk-in closet, and both the living room and bedroom have large windows (and, in fact, a floor-to-ceiling window in the living room).

Good location, but very old building with lots of problems need to be fixed. I moved here in Aug. In the past four months, I pretty much needed maintenance service very month. And the property management company they hired is horrible. Not responsive and not flexible. Please work a bit harder to improve the service and make it a bit more enjoyable for the tenants.
