Lived here for about 14 months, moved from Avalon Ocean and I can say that one key ingredient with Avalon is its great team! Raymond is such a great guy to work with, Austin and the rest of the concierge team is always nice and willing to help! We left the city and now located in another Avalon! They made the transition a breeze! Keep it up! Btw, uploaded a few pictures of the place the day we moved out!

Expressing our thank you to the amazing staff at Avalon Mission Bay recently attended the resident barbecue event. It was so much fun. Tracy is just the best. The food the music, the games, the popcorn, the ice cream. Everything was just very nice. I thought the food was catered, but Tracy informed me that management actually coordinated the entire thing getting the supplies to setting up and cooking And especially Rosalie we heard she spent 24 hours cooking and shredding that wonderful chicken that everybody enjoyed. Looking forward to the next residence event. Thank you for such an excellent staff at Avalon Mission Bay.

Fei Meng one of the concierge has treated me like a family member since day one. Her communication skills her kindness is second to none. Her efficiency is untouched, the excellent customer service she provides is amazing and truly appreciated I even have to be honest. If she's not at the concierge desk I wait until she's there because when she is I know my situation or whatever I'm dealing with will be handled in a professional manner! Very happy to have her here thank you Fei :)

Avalon Mission Bay has been nothing short of good to us. Living here has been great. The highest praise are for the dedicated Avalon office that helped us through securing our apartment and the staff that we got to see everyday on the way in and out.
The leasing office was so supportive in all of our questions, and made an effort to consistently check back in with us during our lease, ask us how we are doing, and if there are any problems. Raymond in the leasing office was also very helpful in his fast responsiveness to all of our questions, and always greeted us with a smile, even in passing. He took care of us for throughout our lease, and made our move-ins and move-out as seamless as possible.
It was always helpful to have a staffed receptionist the entire day, and security patrolling after hours. The entire reception staff are so wholesome and always greets us when we leave and come home. Luz and Tracy always shared a smile with us and would make time to help us with any admin related questions and help us find our packages. We did not have any problems with neighbors, noise, or our apartment. Maintenance was always responsive and addressed our problems quickly and effectively.
The best pluses are how easy Avalon made living in the city with CalTrain and Muni right downstairs. The proximity of SoMA and Mission Bay has provided a lot of neighborhood amenities and fun experiences. The proximity of Oracle Park is also a great appeal to the community as it is only a block away and we can hear the crowds through our window on Giants game days. It was super convenient to just walk down the street to attend a game. We loved our stay with Avalon and cannot speak higher of this community!

I recently booked a conference room at Avalon at Mission Bay through a third party and encountered a few hiccups with WiFi and coordinating Instacart deliveries. Thankfully, the concierge team, Luther and Tracy, went above and beyond to assist me. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Despite my multiple calls for help, they never made me feel like a bother and always reassured me with their patience and professionalism. HUGE thanks to Luther and Tracy for their outstanding service— you truly made my experience stress-free. You guys are the BEST!

I'm writing this review to give a shout-out to the concierge staff. I lived here for almost 4 years across two different stints, and just recently moved out of state. The concierge staff is great and they make most of the experience of living here. It's the kind of place they learn your name and always say hi.
Tracy was amazing and was willing to go above and beyond. Always said hello, pet my dog, and provided great service when needed. Personable and professional, she was great.
Luz always remembered when things would come up and gave me heads ups, and would stop to say hi and pet my dog when we ran into each other on the street.
Additional shout-outs to departed staff, Tanika and Felicia, who were both awesome as well.

I've been living at Avalon for almost a year, the overall experience and location have been a good one. The office staff has always been friendly and responsive. The location is prime, next to freeway, train station, and SF Giants stadium and walk distance to Warriors arena.
