Lived here for about 14 months, moved from Avalon Ocean and I can say that one key ingredient with Avalon is its great team! Raymond is such a great guy to work with, Austin and the rest of the concierge team is always nice and willing to help! We left the city and now located in another Avalon! They made the transition a breeze! Keep it up! Btw, uploaded a few pictures of the place the day we moved out!

I had a wonderful experience living in Phase I of Avalon Mission Bay for two years, thanks to amazing people like Raymond and Luz. They made us feel truly heard and welcomed, which definitely enhanced our time there.
